BUNZZ Bread Roll

Ingredients

  • 6 Bread slices
  • 3 Potato
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Inch Ginger Piece
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • To Taste Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Carrom Seeds
  • As Needed Cooking Oil For Deep Frying

Preparation

Step 1 : Add all the ingredients except bread in a mixing bowl and mix well. Make a dough.

Step 2 : Take a bread slice, dip it in water and press the bread slice between your both palms

carefully, without breaking and squeeze the water.

Step 3 : Now place one spoon of potato mixture over it and flip fold to centre giving it cylinderical shape as shown below.

Step 4 : Like wise make all the rolls.

Step 5 : Now in a karahi heat oil and put rolls one by one and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Step 6 : Yummy bread roll is ready serve hot with sauce and chutney.
