Step 1 : Take lobia wash and soak for overnight or 8 hours. Then drain water completely.Get ready all ingredients.
Step 2 : Take a mixi jar add drain lobia add cumin seeds fennel seeds green chillies ginger do not add water grind in pulse beat course paste. Take out in another bowl.
Step 3 : Now add onion chopped curry leaves rice flour salt green coriander leaves red chilli powder (optional) mix everything well.Meanwhile heat up oil in pan. Take small amount of mixture in your grease palm make shape of vada slide gently in hot oil.
Step 4 : Deep fry carefully till golden brown in colour and crisp then remove from oil transfer to kitchen towel then serve hot / warm with chutneys
