BUNZZ Namkeen Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packed bombino
  • 1/3 cup green peas
  • 1/3 cup corn
  • 2 tbsp grated beetroot
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1.5 glass water or as per requirement

Preparation

Step  1: Heat oil in a wok and add black mustard seeds when splutter add peanuts roast till brown

Step 2 : Then add green peas,corn, beetroot saute well

Step 3 : Then add salt and red chilli powder while stirring continuously on a low flame

Step 4 : Now add vermicelli saute well

Step 5 : Now add water and cook on a medium flame

Step 6 : Stirring in between. When water evaporates properly off the flame

Step 7 : Transfer to a serving plate garnish with grated paneer and fresh coriander & serve hot during sehri time and enjoy
