Preparation
Step 1 : Combine all the ingredients for dough and make semi soft
dough like for paratha. Cover and Let it rest for 10 min.
Step 2 : Make 4 balls out if it. Roll it thin. Make long cuts and then a cut in the middle. Twist each strip and keep aside for 20 min.
Step 3 : You'll notice that the twists are a little dry and hence they hold the twisted shape. Fry them on medium heat till they are crisp. Sice they are dry they will not take long to fry.
Step 4 : Sprinkle some spices in them and lightly. Transfer them in a tight container once they cool down.
