Step 1 : Combined wheat flour, kasuri methi, ajwain, salt and 2 tbsp oil. Knead a semi smooth dough. Then from the dough make a small ball. Cover with moist cloth for 30 minutes. Take a small ball and roll it like a big chapati
Step 2 : Cut it into any shape. Meanwhile heat oil in a kadai. Dip fry in a low flame. While cutting the pieces should be In a equally form. Tips : So while frying it will fry equally.
Step 3 : Till it is light brown in color. Then transfer to a plate. Sprinkle prepared Masala. Tips : While frying in a slow flame the namkeen will be crunch and tasty.
Step 4 : Tips : Cool it and keep p in a air tight glass container not in a plastic container. If you stored in a plastic air tight container it will be soggy and plastic is not good for health.
