Step 1 : Blend garlic green chilli chopped and cumin seeds and carom
seeds kasuri methi into coarse paste in mixer grinder keep aside
Step 2 : Take jowar flour and gramflour add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and grounded coarse paste mix all well together
Step 3 : Add chopped green coriander leaves chopped.Now add little by little water and knead stiff dough
Step 4 : Make equal size balls from dough. Take one portion and make it smooth and even. Roll poori from it
Step 5 : Heat oil on medium heat in pan drop poori and deep fry until golden and crisp from all sides
Step 6 : Serve hot. When pooris cool down store in air tight container. These pooris have shelf life is 8-10 days Enjoy. Thank you
