BUNZZ CRISPY RICE FLOUR NAMKEEN

BUNZZ Crispy Rice Flour Namkeen

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp clarified butter / ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi crushed
  • 1 tsp poppyseeds
  • 1 pinch assofodeta
  • 1/2 tsp black peper powder
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  • 1 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup gramflour

Preparation

Step  1 :  Get ready with all ingredients spices. Heat up butter in pan or vessal add cumin seeds carrom seeds poppyseeds  kasuri methi asofoedetida black peper powder salt chilli flakes let it boil

Step 2 : Once it boiled switch flame slow add flours mix well with spactulla then cover the pan and switch off flame rest it for 4-5 min.

Step 3 : Now take a mixing bowl remove flour in mixing bowl carefully let it slightly cool down on room temperature. Kned like little tight dough do not add water if it's dry add little hot water

Step 4 : Take a small portion from dough flatten it in hands with palms do not roll it

With the sizoor cut into thin pieces Repet same prosicer with whole dough.

Step 5 : Meanwhile heat up oil in pan Once heated add some pieces deep fry till golden brown colour fry in batches. Remove on tissu paper.

Step 6 : You can store it in air tight countainer for 1-2 months. Enjoy Thank you
