BUNZZ Masala Mathari & Namkeen

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Suji
  • Powdered Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Saunf Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dhania Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala

Preparation

Step  1: Take a mixing bowl, add maida & suji, salt, ajwain & all the powdered masala, mix it well.

Step 2 : In goes oil, mix it thoroughly, you can add some more oil to make mathris softer.

Step 3 : Now add water slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough, rest it for 10 minutes. Add lil oil, knead it again, keep aside.

Step 4 : Take med sized portions, roll it, make a semi thin roti. Cut into your desired shape, keep aside.

Step 5 : Now for mathari - take small portions of the dough, roll them, pinch them expand, keep aside.

Step 6 : Take a wok, add oil, heat it, lower the flame, deep fry matharis & namkeen respectively until brown. do not increase the flame.

Step 7 : Take out in a bowl, plate it.
