BUNZZ Green Moong

Dal Vada

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup green moong dal split
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4-5 green chilli chopped
  • 7-8 garlic pods
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp tarmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • Oil for deep frying

 

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and soak green split moong dal for 3-4 hours in water

Step 2 : Meanwhile make a masala. Take green chilli chopped and garlic

coriander seeds cumin seeds coarsely grind to mixer grinder add keep aside

Step 3 : After 4-5 hours drain out water from moong dal Now add dal in a mixer jar without adding water grind into coarse paste Take out a grinded mixture into a bowl and stir continuously in one direction

Step 4 : Now add all dry spices powder add chopped onion and coarsely grinded masala add semolina mix

Step 5 : Add rice flour and salt.Mix everything well together. Cover the mixture with lid.Give a rest for 10 min

Step 6 : Heat oil in a pan. Grease hands with water. Take a ball size portion flatten it slightly drop in hot oil stirring continuously fry until golden brown in colour and crisp Fry all ingredients batches

Step 7 : Serve hot or warm with tomato ketchup or green chutney Enjoy. Thank You
